(1,4680) The GBP/CHF confirmed a weak closing and therefore also Thursday’s negative day reversal. The cross returned below the 200 days line, now again resistance at 1,4719!! The weekly closing was also negative forming a negative week reversal.
The indicators of the daily chart are still positive for now as well as those of the weekly one supporting further strength. The indicators of the s/t charts are instead showing a mixed picture this morning suggesting further consolidation/ correction. Friday’s pressure started forming bullish divergences, although small, suggesting a possible change of the tone. While below the 200 hours line at 1,4702 we expect therefore lower levels!!
