вот что пишет по этому поводу Intel "How do I change the interrupt on an Intel PRO PCI adapter?
You cannot change the interrupt of a PCI adapter via the adapter configuration. The PCI design requires that interrupts be assigned by the computers BIOS. In many computers, you may be able to change the interrupt assignment in the BIOS setup. In some instances, the BIOS may allow direct control of interrupt assignments. In others, your control will be limited to either reserving an interrupt for use by a legacy (non-Plug-and-Play) ISA adapter or making it available for Plug-and-Play and PCI devices. Many allow for no direct control. In the latter case, your only recourse will be to move the adapter to another slot. Depending on the motherboard and BIOS design, this may or may not change the interrupt.
The PCI specification does allow for interrupt sharing between PCI devices (but not non-PCI devices). The drivers for Intel PRO adapters are designed to share interrupts with other PCI devices. However, interrupt sharing requires that the drivers for the devices sharing the interrupt cooperate, so we cannot guarantee successful interrupt sharing with devices from other vendors."
Другими словами - поставьте сетувую карту в другой слот (слоты), то есть несколько комбинаций. Если и это не поможет, то надо лезть в БИОС и вручную менять прерывания.
